The remaining balance of $900 is due no later than seven days before your event. All equipment, instruments, tea ceremony, and facilitation are included. No add-ons, no surprises.

A 50% deposit ($900) is required at the time of booking to secure your date. This deposit confirms your reservation and initiates event preparation.
The remaining balance of $900 is due no later than June 16, 2025 — seven (7) days prior to your event date. An invoice will be sent to you automatically. Failure to complete payment by this date may result in forfeiture of the booking without refund of the deposit.
Cancellations made 10 or more days before the event (by June 13, 2025) are eligible for a full refund of all payments made.
Cancellations made within 10 days of the event are non-refundable. The deposit ($900) is forfeited. If the balance has not yet been paid, it will not be charged — you will owe nothing further beyond the deposit.
This window exists because event preparation, venue holds, and vendor commitments are confirmed at that stage and cannot be recovered.
We understand plans change. Rescheduling is welcome if requested at least 10 days before your event. Your deposit will transfer in full to the new date at no additional cost.
Rescheduling requests made inside the 10-day window are subject to a $400 rescheduling fee, which reflects non-recoverable venue and vendor costs already incurred on your behalf. All other payments made will be applied toward the new date.

Aerial Sound Therapy involves suspension in silk hammocks at low height. It is suitable for most adults in general good health. Please notify us in advance if any participants have conditions that may affect their ability to use aerial equipment, including pregnancy, recent surgery, or severe vertigo.
Frequency House reserves the right to modify or adjust any element of the experience to ensure the safety and comfort of all participants.
